TEC Services ("TEC Services", "we") runs tecgaragedoors.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, door designer and customer accounts, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
• Door designs you save, including any photo of your house you upload.
• Service requests, property details (for property management accounts), visits, invoices and payments.
• Basic technical data such as cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To call you back, give quotes, schedule and perform service, and send invoices and receipts.
• To show you your designs, visits and invoices in your account.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our database and hosting providers, email delivery and payment processing. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. We may also share information when required by law.

Your photos

House photos you upload are stored privately. Only you and our staff can see them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can update your details in your account, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, warranty and legal requirements, then delete them.
